Uyghur history begins in the Tarim Valley by Archaeologist Kurban Wali

According to archeology, Uyghur history dates back to the Tarim Valley.
The Tarim Valley location is on the south side of the Tengiri Mountains,
the north side of the Dry Mountains, the east of the Pamir Mountains, 
and on the west side of Lake Lopnur.
